The room was spotless and the mattress felt extra firm.
“Comfortable chain hotel with all the amenities you’d expect: nice room, good food, nice staff.”
Since our stay last year, the hotel has been renovated; the lobby is brighter and more welcoming, the room is updated, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast offers a variety of choices—no complaints at all.

The place was clean, with no complaints.
The location and staff were great, and the room was very clean and comfortable, but the breakfast buffet was a bit limited—only greasy foods, no whole grains or wheat products, just white bread and greasy meats. The fruit selection was poor, with tangerines that had black spots and apples that were soft and overripe, offering very few healthy options. The elevator signage read “IT SUCKED,” and the entry hall to the elevator on every floor was so small it barely fit two skinny people, forcing everyone to crowd past each other like herding sheep into a shearing chute. The pool was under renovation, which is understandable, but the back patio was clogged with materials and supplies, tables overturned and set aside, and chairs stacked in the middle of a bush, essentially making the patio unusable. Someone moved a table and chairs under the awning, but that space only fit four people when it started to rain, rendering the patio useless for everyone else—a clear case of poor planning and judgement.
