8月はとても暑いですよね。エアコンの音が本当にうるさいです。 しかも、あまり冷えません。もう少しきちんと点検・整備していただきたいです。 プロとして、責任を持って対応していただけませんでしょうか。 まだ和式トイレを使っているのでしょうか？ まるで昭和の時代に住んでいるような感じです。 少し費用をかけて、現在一般的な洋式トイレに交換していただけませんか？ 浴室の臭いも本当にひどく、不快に感じます。 宿泊客が快適に過ごせるよう、職業意識を持って、きちんと改善していただきたいです。
