Privacidade was appreciated, but the rooms had no air conditioning, the reception had no staff, room cleaning was nonexistent, there were minimal cleaning products (shampoo and soap for only two people), and the ceiling fan was too loud to rest.

The cost‑benefit was good and the room was clean; the reception staff were polite and attentive, but the bed was very hard.

The service was excellent, the breakfast tasty, the location spot-on, and the rooms were spotless and well organized; the only issue was that the sheets weren’t fully sanitized, which caused an allergic reaction for us.

Breakfast had good variety with juices and cakes, the staff were attentive, and the location was great, but our room lacked air conditioning, the fan made a lot of noise so we never used it, a bathroom bulb was burnt out making the shower area dim, and we couldn’t use the TV because Sky was not working and we couldn’t sync with the free channels.
