The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the shower and the overall ambiance of the room.
The staff, particularly Nicole and Roshelle, were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.
Everything was spotless, and I had no trouble finding my way around.

“I don’t like incomplete instructions when booking”
The place was clean and only about 8 minutes from the restaurant, but all those taxes and the extra 100‑dollar deposit for another service were annoying.

2 roaches, squashed bug on wall, mattresses had no encasements and one had mattress sliced open on the side. Refrigerator did not get cold

Breakfast was great, the latte was excellent, the room was clean and cool, and there was nothing else to note.
