“Excelente, cómodo y tranquilo”
The hotel is very quiet and comfortable for sleeping. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty. The location is excellent; you can walk to restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets in a very safe area. When I arrived, some small cleaning details were missing on the floor of the room and the bathroom. However, I let the staff know immediately and they resolved it.
The location was great, though the room was a bit small.

The location was fine, but there was no hot water service and Pasto is a cold city; the cold water caused headaches, and the issue remained unresolved throughout our stay of two nights.
