Our room offered a stunning view, the staff were friendly, and the on‑site restaurant was pleasant; breakfast had a good variety and the bars and restaurants were within walking distance. The bed was made of two single mattresses jammed together, one of which was broken, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the service was top‑class; we even enjoyed a nice meal at the on‑site restaurant. The power flickered a lot—probably an issue for all of Pierrot Iguazu, not just the hotel—and they were dealing with leaks during the heavy rain.

The location is great, right in the middle of town, and I really enjoyed the facilities—especially the 30‑minute spa/jacuzzi, the ground‑floor pool, and the gym. Just remember the top‑floor pool is still under maintenance until November. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with everything you need, and the daily housekeeping was spot‑on. The lobby offered water, coffee, and tea.
