“Excellent staff”
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the staff who went out of their way to make my wife's birthday special. However, the heavy rain during my stay caused some issues with water leaks in the hotel. Despite this, the staff's organization and effort to celebrate my wife's birthday were truly commendable.
“Good option would stay again”
The hotel's location near the station made it very convenient for me to travel to the city center. However, the breakfast options were quite average, and I preferred to go out to find better food. Overall, the hotel's location was its strongest point, but it fell short in other areas.
My stay was unfortunately disappointing due to the poor cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower area had visible black stains, which was unappealing.
“Dirty blanket, dirty duvet, rubbish underneath bed, cockroach, dirty toilet”
I have to admit that I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel, and the cleanliness of the room was the worst part. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to impress me in any way, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location and incredibly friendly staff. They made my experience truly enjoyable.
