The room was spacious and the bathroom was good, but the air‑conditioning kept failing, which made it hard to rest after a busy day.

We slept for one night. The structure was clean and nothing was missing. Everything was good, perfect. If I were to return to Florence, I would definitely go back to Hotel Berna; the location is strategic, close to everything.
