The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the staff are genuinely friendly. However, I had some major issues with the building's drainage. On my first day, I could smell a bathroom in the corridor, and my room had a similar odor. I requested a room change, which was granted, but the new room had its own set of problems. The shower water wouldn't drain, and the hot water stopped mid-shower. It was a bit of a nightmare, to be honest.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect – it's right in the heart of the city. However, the cleaning of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. I found myself having to ask for clean towels and toiletries on multiple occasions.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the balcony, which had a great view. Everything else was good too, except for the smell in the bathroom and the lack of toast during breakfast. It was a minor inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have some toast options.

The location of this hotel is great, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, I did have some issues with the shower, which wasn't working properly. The water pressure was low, and the temperature was way off. I also found some rubbish in the bedside drawers, which suggested that the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. It was a bit of a disappointment, but the staff were apologetic and helpful.
