This is a rare decent place to stay in Uyuni; the rooms are spacious and the salt décor is excellent. Hot water flows well, so a hot shower after a tour is perfect for relaxing. The check‑in process was delayed due to communication errors, and some staff were not friendly.

The customer service was excellent, the place was spacious, clean, and heated. In front there is a very nice restaurant, so you don’t have to walk far to find a spot. Everything was fine.

The building keeps the cold outside wind out, and the radiator heating in the common areas and rooms kept everything comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and the hot water in the bathroom was steady. I asked the hotel counter for a taxi in the early morning, and the staff guided us from the lobby counter at 4:20 am that same day. I wish the breakfast menu had a salad added.

The hotel was cozy, close to the city center, and the staff were wonderful! I kept hearing a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms, and a bit of light seeped in in the morning.
