“Really Nice Stay”

The hotel is well located, near Kampong Glam and a 5‑minute walk to an MRT station. The room was small but comfortable and modern. The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind. On the downside, there is a heavy reliance on technology – the room key is only on the hotel app, and it would help many guests of different ages to have a physical key. However, whenever we had any doubt or problem, the staff were ready to solve it immediately. We communicated with Rome via WhatsApp and met Luna at the hotel; both of them helped us whenever we needed.

“Will definitely come back”

The check‑in and check‑out through the mobile app ran smoothly, and even though the room was small, it felt surprisingly cozy. The bed was big and comfy, just a touch higher than usual, and the kitchenette came with a mini fridge, microwave, and utensils. The Smart TV performed well, was user‑friendly, and offered excellent picture quality. Luna at the front desk was friendly and thorough. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but that was expected.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, and responses were quick; I especially appreciated the tiny kitchenette. The beds were a bit short for my 170 cm height, so I ended up sleeping diagonally 😅.
