I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly phone call when I arranged a late check‑in, but the room was a nightmare—leftover food in the fridge, crumbs on the bedside table, the toilet and sink untouched, a used coffee mug, stained towels, and a bed littered with hair and dirt.

“Disapointing due to cleanliness”

When we arrived at 9 pm, we discovered all three beds were covered in dirt and other people’s hair, the sheets and pillowcases were turned inside out, and the toilet was clogged with a stool; the staff fixed everything once we pointed it out upon arrival.

The pool might be the only redeeming feature, but the first room we received was filthy—no cleaning, no toilet paper, a dirty fridge, tiles peeling, and the air‑con blowing hot air; the host claimed it was working and that it was cooler outside, but the heat was palpable inside. After complaints, she reluctantly swapped us into a new room where the air‑con finally worked, but the kettle, microwave, and toaster were the only appliances, there was no cutlery, the bathroom cupboard was full of cockroaches, and the bathroom itself was mouldy. I would never stay here again, even if I were paid.
