“Please change the security main door lock….its already old things”
I liked the room design, but the staff and housekeeping were bad and behaved poorly.
“Nice clean stay in central Phuket old town but very small lockers”
Very clean, great location and friendly staff. If you have a lot of valuables don’t rely on the lockers—they’re tiny and couldn’t even fit my iPad. It’s fine if you’re not carrying many valuables, but it could be an issue if you’re traveling for a while with a laptop, tablet, etc.

“Rigtig fint”
The place was very central to the old town, had a small kitchen and a nice common area, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had very little floor space; fortunately we were the only ones there, but if eight people had been sharing the beds it would have been impossible to fit everyone’s luggage. When we arrived there was a stain on the sheet and pillow, but the staff were kind and swapped the bedding when we mentioned it.

Everything. The friendliness of the young receptionist, the comfort of the beds, the location, the respect among guests, the well‑kept and clean common areas—everything was great! 200% recommended!!
