Even though the place wasn’t busy, there was plenty set up, giving us plenty of choices. The personal attention and messages at arrival and departure were very sweet. In fact, there was nothing wrong! Everything was neat, clean, and very good. The room could have been a bit larger, but everything was neatly stored away.

The Kerschbaumer family who run this hotel should be taught in hotel schools. From the moment you arrive at the hotel entrance until the moment you leave, you get the feeling that you are the most welcome guest. Everything is handled there in a personal way, they pay attention to the smallest details and it is felt everywhere. Pleasant, quiet and warm, you get a great feeling there. They are happy to help with anything and always willingly and with a smile. The breakfast is great and very varied and the table reserved for you does not have a room number but your name. The room is nice and comfortable and the hotel is a short distance from Stadthalle and Obertraun They have a fantastic restaurant whose chef is the father and it is 200 meters from the hotel. We highly recommend this place, without a doubt VFM

Beautiful family managed hotel. Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a perfect location. The extras, breakfast and sauna, were an added bonus
