The park surrounding the property was lovely and roomy, and the staff were very friendly even though communicating could be tricky at times; however, for a family of five the kitchen utensils were a bit scarce, otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel's surroundings were absolutely stunning, with lush greenery and a serene atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Unfortunately, the staff seemed completely clueless about the hotel's policies and services, which was a bit frustrating. I had to ask multiple times for simple things like extra towels and a map of the area, and even then, I wasn't entirely sure if they were going to follow through.

We were really happy with the house, it was spacious and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The big playground and nice swimming pool were a bonus for the kids. However, we weren't so lucky with the neighbours, who were playing loud games late into the night, making it difficult to get some rest.
