The staff were fantastic, the interior was very pretty—especially the bathroom—and the swimming pool was amazing; the food was very good. Nothing to complain about.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the friendly, helpful staff I encountered during my stay. However, I was not prepared for the 24 steps leading up to my unit, which proved to be a challenge for my wife and me, given our elderly status. It would have been helpful to have been informed about this beforehand. Despite this, the property had a lot of potential.

My stay was a mixed bag - I loved the beautiful property, gorgeous pools, and the helpful staff. The dipping pool in my suite and comfortable bed were definite highlights. However, I had some issues with the room's functionality, particularly the lack of a chair to sit in and the dark bathroom. I also felt misled by the description, which suggested an ocean view that wasn't there. Next time, I'll be sure to ask more questions before booking.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, the entire accommodation was beautifully decorated and cozy, making it an ideal place to unwind. However, I did find the check-in time to be a bit restrictive, I think it would be great if guests could access their rooms earlier, provided they're available, as traveling can be exhausting and a shower and some rest are often just what you need. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but a more flexible check-in time would be a welcome improvement.

I thought the hotel was nice, especially considering its small boutique size within a larger apartment building. The pool and clean rooms were definite positives. That being said, I did experience some issues with the air conditioning, which didn't seem to be working very well. Additionally, I found the hotel to be a bit tricky to locate.
