The balcony view was absolutely stunning and made the price worth it. The rooms were spacious and kept clean, and the staff were very friendly, especially the lady in the restaurant who cooked all the food. It’s a bit off the beaten track, but the views are worth it. We loved our stay. Nothing really negative.

The hotel sits in an amazing spot, the staff were friendly, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. I appreciated the complimentary pick‑up from the pier and the shuttle back when we checked out. The beach right in front of the hotel has great marine life for snorkelers; I was lucky enough to see baby sharks, which was definitely a highlight. The shower had very low water pressure, and we only had hot water twice during our entire stay, so taking cold showers on chilly, rainy days was frustrating. Room cleaning was not great— we don’t wear shoes inside, yet our feet were always dirty from walking around, and the cleaning often came very late, clashing with our return to the room.

The view was very beautiful, the pool and beach were great. The hotel’s food prices were a bit high.

The view was nice. The in‑room service that doesn’t exist on Wapp and the fact that they charged us an unjustified 500 bath for a towel they deemed too dirty (and it was a carpet, too) was frustrating; if I washed it at home it came back cleaner.
