The place is excellent, beautifully renovated, lovingly maintained by the owners, and even though there were a few hiccups the management always cared about the guests; it’s in a quiet little village, perfectly positioned between the lovely towns to explore in Umbria, and there was nothing missing from what I wanted.

This B&B in rustic style is tucked away in the hills around Spoleto and has a history as a former Monsignore’s residence; the family running it is very welcoming, and the breakfast must be confirmed because they serve a variety of delicious homemade pastries, but the last stretch of uphill road to the internal parking is a bit tough.

The spot is gorgeous, very calm, and the people are lovely and accommodating, though the pillows were a bit too firm for us.

The place is gorgeous and unique, tucked away in a quiet spot just a few kilometres from Spoleto. The pool is open even in the evening, and the rooms are roomy and spotless. The breakfast is outstanding, and the family that runs the hotel is simply delightful.
