“What the property lacked in amenities the staff made the difference. Asela was so helpful and attentive. He made us feel”
The central location was great, but the layout felt odd and there was no view.

The hotel sits right in the center of everything, and the staff went above and beyond—sending emails right away when I asked questions and helping us with transportation to and from the hotel—truly outstanding, though the location makes it noisy at night.

The location was good and the man at reception was very nice and helped us walk to our gondola experience, but the walls were paper-thin, the bed was rock hard, and it was hard to find a sign because none was visible.

Wonderful location and the arranged private transfer, while pricey, was 100% worth it! Especially as we had a very late arrival. I was also worried about the noise, given the location, but we had none. For a short stay in Venice, this was a wonderful hotel option. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again

The place is convenient, but nobody was there to assist us. The room turned out to be misrepresented; the photo we clicked on promised a view, but there was none. I know there are different room types, yet I chose that one specifically for its view. Either we were moved from our room or lied to from the start. We traveled halfway around the world only to be so disappointed that I cried, though at least Venice was outside the door. What a sham—very unprofessional.
