The bed, floor, and bathroom were spotless, and daily room service did an excellent job keeping the room tidy. The common area with a table was great for eating with friends from other rooms. I would have liked a water filter that offers both cold and hot water, and it would be handy to have two microwaves—one halal and one non‑halal—since Thai cuisine is famous for 7e food and we often reheat meals. While staying in U1 for two nights, we heard loud knocking on the door, which could have been drunk guests or something else; check it out. The ceiling in U1 also made a dragging plastic sound, suggesting there might be a space between the ceiling and the upper level where a snake or animal could be hiding.
