The spot was spot‑on and easy to get to, but breakfast wasn’t included and the on‑site option was pricey, so we ended up eating elsewhere.

The location of this hotel is its only real redeeming quality. It's close to public transportation and within walking distance to some nice restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. It's a shame, because with a bit more effort, this place could be really great.

The washroom in our room was a real letdown. It was cramped and uncomfortable, and the interior design was pretty unappealing. On the plus side, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the bed was okay. Overall, it's not the worst place I've ever stayed, but it's definitely not the best either.

Great location, but the hotel's staff arrangements left a lot to be desired. The value for money was decent, but the issues with the food delivery service really put a damper on things. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which made it hard to get help when I needed it. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.
