The auditorium accommodates 300 people and the complex features a water park, three resorts, and a beach service area.

The breakfast service at the restaurant was excellent, especially Mrs. Lucelia Rodrigues and Maria Celia, who were very friendly and attentive. The only thing that could be improved is the mattresses, which felt a bit saggy, and adding more beach pillows.

Everything was perfect. All was very good.

The hotel sits right on the beach, the room is spacious and the bed comfortable. We spent the holiday but there were no adult or children activities offered by the hotel, and although the room had a nice balcony, it lacked a hammock stand and a hammock.

The front‑desk gentleman was very courteous and quick to fix the door problems we had twice, handling everything with great professionalism despite the situation—thanks. On the other hand, another receptionist seemed unaware that “the customer is king,” made us wait about 45 minutes for our room check‑in with a condescending smirk, and acted as if the language barrier meant she could gossip with a colleague while we, exhausted with kids, finally got a rushed welcome. Overall, the reception was mixed.
