I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet this place was, and the aircon was great. However, the cleanliness was a major issue - there were ants everywhere, and the whole place needed a major refurb. It's a shame, because with a bit of TLC, this place could be really nice.

This hotel has a great pool, and it's a relief not to have the constant hum of motorcycles and exhaust fumes in the air. However, the bathroom facilities are pretty subpar - a bit of renovation would go a long way in fixing the issues.

We had a really rough time at this hotel. The cleanliness was a major issue - there were ants and mosquitoes in the room, and the pool was dirty. The staff were nice, but that was about it. We also had issues with the reservation - we were told we had to pay extra for a cot for our 3-year-old son, even though it was supposed to be included in the booking. The aircon didn't work, and the bathroom was musty. To be honest, we left as soon as we could and found a different hotel.

This place was a total disaster from start to finish. The staff on the last day were actually quite helpful, but it was too little, too late. The shower was freezing cold, and the aircon was basically useless and ridiculously loud. We had issues with the doors to the balcony not shutting properly, and the keyhole was a nightmare to use. To top it off, we weren't provided with basic essentials like a shower mat, toilet paper, or paper towels.
