I loved the design and architecture of the property; it was very clean and the staff were super friendly. The free American breakfast each morning and the 24/7 touchscreen coffee were nice touches. The rooms were clean and spacious, with super high ceilings. Being next to the Chattahoochee River was a cool landscape feature, and we enjoyed our coffees while walking along the hiking/biking trail beside the river. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay again.

I couldn't check in because the hotel staff couldn't locate my reservation in their system, even though I had a confirmation number and had called two weeks before to confirm that I had two rooms booked. The front desk staff were unable to find my booking, despite my prior call, and I was left without a room.
