I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed to find that the hotel didn't live up to its online description - there was no restaurant serving meals other than breakfast, no coffee machine, and no terrace. The room only had a water kettle, and the fridge didn't work, which was inconvenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff at the reception, who kindly offered us a room on the quiet side of the hotel. This was a great touch, as it made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is nice, but the real highlight was the excellent service we received from the front desk team.
