I didn't like this hotel because the owner was abusive toward me and my partner, we were turned away at the door and never got to stay, so we had to book elsewhere; the interior was dirty, smelly, and overall not suitable to live in, and the staff were terrible and terrifying.

Nothing. Not a hotel,no facilities,exit and entrance via emergency exit,absolutely. no way to contact any help in an emergency,no one available to Service rooms,there are far better hostels available in the UK.Grossly overpriced for a room in a very nearly derelict building

“See above.....the worst accommodation I have ever encountered!”

The place is a total disaster; there’s barely anything to talk about. The shower was hot, which is the only decent thing. The building feels like a collection of dilapidated rooms, and there’s no reception desk—check‑in was handled by the proprietor who handed us a bag of keys and fire‑exit fobs, then later admitted he’d put us in the wrong rooms. The entrance is a side door that leads to a fire exit and an old, smelly carpeted area, followed by wooden stairs that look tatty and awful. It’s a dump, and we can’t stress enough how bad it is. Each bed had only one pillow, one bath towel, no hand towels, and the bed linen looked unclean. This property should not be on your books. Very unhappy.
