“Buena”
The beach was great. There was nothing I didn’t like.
“Falta mantenimiento”
The most redeeming thing about this hotel is its beach area. The rooms are very small and lack maintenance and extra cleaning. We couldn’t use the pool because it was under maintenance. The restaurant took over half an hour to deliver some hotcakes. The power went out twice.

It’s very pretty, the pool is large and also has a splash area and a Jacuzzi! The beach access is fabulous with nice furniture to sit or lie down, and at night they light bonfires – truly beautiful, and the wide beach is amazing! When we arrived the pool was very dirty, cloudy, with oily “cream” and there were glasses and containers in the corridors. They’re building “cistern bases” that take up the whole nearby parking lot, and the workers’ motorcycles parked in the area in front of the reception look bad. There are also piles of bedding in front of the laundry, blocking the hallway, and they stayed there for several days; daily, the bedding hangs on the railings by the pool and looks horrible! I also think they lack detail in cleaning; in the green areas there are small trash piles that could be easily picked up but no one does it.

The location is excellent because it’s on the seafront and close to Aticama, where you can drive or walk with a very pleasant view. The music is very loud and lasts until late at night.
