The hotel was clean and the reception staff were excellent, and the mall was nearby. Nothing else to add.
“Für einen Messebesuch Top-Lage”
The location, staff, parking, and bar area were all positive points, but the price‑to‑value ratio was not ideal and the shower in room 516 had water‑pressure issues.
“Sauberes Hotel mit schönen Zimmer, aber nur 3 Sterne Qualität”
The easy accessibility, room amenities, bar, and especially the bar staff were all praised, and free parking nearby was available. However, there was no indication that room cleaning would not take place, neither in the reservation confirmation nor verbally on site, and I would have preferred a friendlier person at check‑in.
The spot is perfect for a layover on a trip to Austria, the welcome was friendly and everything ran smoothly, and the breakfast was tasty.
The location is great for business travelers, especially those heading to a trade show at the Munich Messe, and a very good shopping mall is just a few minutes’ walk away. Breakfast is also very good.
