breakfast food was fine and the coffee was good. the breakfast room was SO COLD! It was cold outside and yet the air conditioning was on all the time. why?? the phone in our room didn't work.we reported it the first day but it was never fixed. half of the charging ports in the room were non-functional the shampoo bottle in the shower was totally empty this was all reported to the front desk and nothing was ever done
