The spot was decent, but we couldn’t sleep in one of the rooms because of a bad smell. We reported it and a man tried to fix it before we left, but when we came back it was still bad. So we had to sleep in the van.

They were very accommodating and let us check out later, which was amazing! The bathroom had a bad odor when we checked in and it never went away – probably the pipes.

The street was nice and quiet, and I wasn’t disturbed overnight. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked. I arrived an hour after my scheduled check‑in time and the room hadn’t even started being cleaned after the previous guest checked out. I waited another hour and the cleaning still hadn’t begun. The staff on site said there were a lot of check‑outs that day, but that doesn’t excuse a promised check‑in time. I wasn’t the only one who had this problem that day. I was allowed to use the room to freshen up and change, which I appreciated. The main guest Wi‑Fi didn’t work, so I had to ask customer service for a backup Wi‑Fi. The mobile signal is very poor, so Wi‑Fi is essential to stay connected.

Good location. Bed is fairly comfortable. It's mostly clean. I've never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world that is as noisy as this. When a big car goes past, the windows shake. When another guest closes a door, the walls shake. I could hear absolutely everything happening outside in the street. Throughout the night. I could hear other guests' conversations. It made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, even with ear plugs in! The room was also really light during the night, with light from the street through the curtains and from the hallway under the door. They have made absolutely no effort to make the rooms nice to sleep in. The shower is also terrible. The staff were odd as they called me once to check what time I was going to arrive, then called me on the day of the stay earlier than the time I'd specified to ask how everything was with my room. I obviously didn't know as I hadn't even arrived yet. Also, there was no lamp or any kind of bed side light
