Free Wi‑Fi, rental bicycles, and wooden‑furnished rooms with cable TV are offered; apartments include kitchenettes. Ideal for Rügen hiking or cycling, fishing is 30 m away. Private parking, a 12‑minute walk to Binz train station, and proximity to Prora (4 km) Sassnitz Harbour (15 km).

The place is super central, everything is walkable. The train takes about 15 minutes, the pedestrian zone is roughly 0.5 minutes away. The breakfast café 's. is great, right across the street. The local spots are nice. Binz feels like a white town, everything is beautifully renovated. Buses, trains, and boat traffic are easily reachable. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Five days there was too short. I wish the hosts continued success; a visit is definitely worth it. Best regards from Baden-Württemberg
