The location worked for us and checking in and out was easy, but I couldn't find an ice machine on the second floor; I just had to go down to the lobby.

The place is gorgeous, with a stunning lake view and even a festival happening nearby; every time we stepped outside we found a nicely shaded park, and everything was impeccably clean—no doubt about it.
