The receptionists were private, kind, and helpful, but the “spa” mini‑pool had cold water and the jacuzzi didn’t work. The room was somewhat dirty; I found dust on the wall. The bathroom was nice, yet the skylight window wouldn’t open, mold was in the shower tile joints, a piece of the shower tray corner was missing, and the drain cover was gone. The bidet was broken.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

We arrived at 7 a.m. on the night ferry, were warmly welcomed with free coffee and later free breakfast, and could check in at 10 a.m. instead of 3 p.m. The price‑quality ratio was excellent, the breakfast was generous, the room was roomy, the air‑conditioning worked well, the basic spa was fine, the pizzeria across the street was delicious, and the bus connection to the airport was right next to the hotel. We stayed for three nights, and there was one night of street garbage collection.

We spent one night here, found the room very good with a great view. The spa area is small but very relaxing. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is a bit further out on the edge of town, which makes it a bit quieter.
