Grand Hotel de L’Océan sits on Le Croisic’s seafront, offering elegant rooms with private bathrooms, many featuring terraces, balconies, coffee machines and accessible facilities; select rooms include air‑conditioning. Guests enjoy a gourmet restaurant, a bistrot, complimentary Wi‑Fi, and free public parking. A continental breakfast is served daily in the dining room or in‑room on request. Le Croisic train station is five minutes away; Saint‑Nazaire is 35 minutes, Nantes 85 km.

Top location of the hotel, a small beach right next door. Balcony with stunning sea view, large room, well furnished, flawless. Rooms on the 1st floor have a large terrace, on the 2nd floor a balcony. Most staff are friendly and very accommodating. With the hot summer temperatures and the price of the room, it would have been appropriate to have two small bottles of water available each day (not just on the first day). There is no shopping option nearby. For breakfast a form must be filled out that applies for the entire stay; we found this a bit uncomfortable, not knowing exactly what to expect (amount).

The geographical location is good, but the fact that the tables with a view (those by the sea) are not reserved in priority for hotel residents is a drawback.

A stunning room with an amazing view and a very comfortable bed; the staff at the hotel and the bistrot were very pleasant.
