The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly; however, the room advertised as "river view" faced a dull ditch, the bathroom was very cramped, and the room lighting was decidedly poor.

The staff were pleasant and kind, but the access was an issue because I was driving a 4x4; if it had been different, the experience might have been better. The room was damp, and the so‑called "river view" shown on Booking was just a stinky ditch.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with the beautiful surroundings and gorgeous interior being a highlight, but the slow service from the staff being a major drawback. Even by local standards, the staff's pace was excessively slow, which made my experience less enjoyable than it could have been.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Fort Portal, which offered a very nice option for accommodation. The dorm room I stayed in was spacious, with six beds, and the beautiful gardens and common areas provided plenty of opportunities for relaxation. The food and service were also good, making for a pleasant stay.
