They handed us a key for a room that was already occupied, then the key failed for the next room, and when we opened the door from inside the entire door frame collapsed, leaving the room insecure – it was an awful experience.

The only thing we appreciated was the proximity to my dad’s nursing home; the service was awful, both rooms had beds that felt 40 years old and caused back pain every morning, there was no toilet paper, just one towel and no wash rags per room, the mini‑fridges barely kept anything cold, one room had black mold on a wall by the bathroom which we reported, the staff was notified, we saw many unsavory people coming and going at various times, the so‑called breakfast was so bad we preferred to eat out, the bathtubs were slanted and risky to shower in, and we will never return.

Location. The vent in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. The door frame to our room was damaged so bad the door would not open with the key card and the handle was almost falling off and when I went to lock the door, it wouldn't lock and you could just push the door open and walk in. We did not feel safe staying here. We also booked a room with 2 QUEEN beds and instead got a room with 2 FULL size beds. Of course, I was still FN charged for a double queen room. 3 people total and sharing a full-size bed with my adult son was FN horrible. Went to the front desk because there was only 1 wash cloth with the towels in the room, the person at the desk gave my son a hand towel instead a washcloth and said that was the smallest he had?? WTF runs out of wash cloths????

Room was dirty and the staff woke me up at 1030 demanding to know why I was there because the room was not rented. Even though it was. They asked for my id again to confirm I was supposed to be in there. Very unprofessional. I asked for a room on the first floor due to my disability
