The environment was clean and comfortable, and the lodge sits on the border of Gramado and Canela, which is great—just a 10‑minute drive from Gramado’s center. I was warmly welcomed and received help whenever needed.

We really enjoyed staying here; everything was very clean, the shower was hot with plenty of water, and the bed was comfortable. I have nothing to complain about.
