Nothing about this place was good; everything was awful. I’m writing to file an official complaint about the extremely unpleasant experience and the unsanitary conditions at one of your listed properties. First, the room was in a deplorable state of cleanliness upon arrival: the bed linens and towels were visibly dirty and unusable. Second, the most serious issue was the presence of cockroaches inside the unit, a major health risk that violates any hospitality standard; I have attached photos as evidence. Third, the owner insisted on cash-only payment and refused other methods, forcing me to waste time looking for an ATM nearby. This practice is unprofessional and contradicts your transparent payment policies.
