The house is big enough for a family or a group, but it feels like a work in progress. Construction right outside, piles of trash, a shower without a glass door, a toilet that only works sometimes, and a pool that never gets cleaned made the stay less enjoyable. On top of that, the owner couldn't process my card online and asked me to pay in cash, which meant extra ATM fees.

The place itself is tidy and the upstairs pool is a nice touch, water's a comfortable temperature. But the neighborhood is still being built, so construction noise is constant and there's not much to do nearby; you have to walk 15 minutes to the main strip. The host did talk to the contractors and it helped a bit in the mornings.
