“Great location Good value”

The room was large and clean. The fridge was situated in the middle of Monkey Forest Rd, far enough from the road to avoid noise. It was a good distance from the Monkey Forest, and we still had a few visitors, which wasn’t a problem for us. The staff were friendly and the price was nice. We didn’t dislike anything in particular, but an electric kettle in the room would have been nice. The fridge was in our room but not in others. Breakfast was very basic but sufficient to start the day. The bed felt a little hard for my taste.

The staff were eager to help. The pool was beautiful with clean water. The location was excellent. The only downside was that the breakfast was the same every day.

The service was family‑friendly, with shops and food outlets just outside the house, plus scooter rentals at the door. The accommodation was neat and clean, and the pools were right in front of the rooms, which I loved with my twin kids. Customer service was excellent, with no problems or complaints. The location was handy, right next to Monkey Forest, and we enjoyed the adventure and exciting views of the monkeys. The host was an amazing man, full of energy, always willing to look after guests – 10/10 for him. The only drawback was that there was no car parking, so I rented scooters instead, which was fine.

“Chef Bob”

The location is great and peaceful, and the room was a good size. The staff were helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist. I had no hot water for the shower, which was frustrating; it was fixed in 10 minutes after I asked for a kettle for coffee and tea, and I received it within minutes. The cleaning of the room was superficial; it should have been done with much more effort instead of a quick brush and mop and cleaning chemicals. Breakfast was okay, but there was no butter for spreading on toast.
