All the rooms were clean, the staff were helpful and easy to deal with, and every piece of equipment—air‑conditioner, TV, hair dryer—worked fine. The only downside was that the nearby rooms were constantly filled with cigarette smoke, so the smell stuck from check‑in until 2 am; we couldn’t sleep because the smoke seeped into our room, which had no windows or ventilation.

The bed was great, but the table’s placement was awkward.

Finding restaurants and convenience stores was a breeze, and the Aeon shopping centre right in front of the hotel made it even more convenient. I wish the hotel offered reserved parking and had security to keep guests safe at night.

The staff were friendly and smiled, but on the first night the door card was hard to close, the air‑conditioner ran loudly all night, the bed and its frame were misaligned and creaked whenever I turned, and the room smelled damp; after switching rooms, the bathroom light kept flickering even after the bulb was replaced, and the next day it still wouldn’t turn on.
