First, the staff were very kind, attentive, and told us how to get around by public transport. The place was very clean and pleasant. Even though there were many guests, we were able to rest well. This is our second stay there, and we recommend it. It is a bit far from the city center, but outside there are public transport and taxis. Everything else is excellent.

The location is very good, and the staff were very friendly. The room had some issues: the TV didn't work, the bathroom door didn't close properly and kept banging against the air.

Nothing positive. The service was lacking—there was no hot water for showering. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room smelled musty and damp. The night staff provided terrible service. Furthermore, a clause in the hotel's terms states that they are not responsible for your belongings should anything go missing; with what confidence can one stay here? It is in very poor taste… I did not like that they had no hot water. The clause says they are not responsible for your things if they are lost, so how can you trust staying here? The bedroom decor leaves much to be desired and the night staff were terrible to attend.
