The welcome, the bedding. The room faces directly onto a busy departmental road with a traffic light at the window level. Sleep is impossible even with the window closed, despite the heat.

Room cleanliness, host welcome. Mr ANTOINE is a real character with a good sense of humor, always ready for advice or service, an excellent cook. On that note, I don’t recommend his restaurant to picky eaters or small appetites. Here, portions are generous and served with good humor and simplicity. Everything is homemade, even the bread. Quite rare these days to be noticed. Thanks again. The heat… it’s sweltering this year, and even though there’s a fan in the room, it seems that installing air conditioning will become essential in the future.

“Une escale aux grottes de Lascaux”

We were welcomed warmly, the room was spotless and fully equipped; it would have been nice to have eaten there instead, as the owner’s restaurant serves all homemade dishes.

Nothing positive; the shower water pressure was low, the shower head leaked heavily, the sink stopper stayed closed, a cooler was needed because the heat was terrible, sleeping with the window open was impossible due to the main road below and the noise, and there was no Wi‑Fi.
