Arbour Ridge Inn & Suites

The spot was in a good location.

“Book directly, not through Booking.com”

The owner was very friendly and helpful, but he described my room as having a balcony and a sauna, which was false; he just wrote whatever, and it has nothing to do with the actual property. He’d be surprised to read that description.

“Not Veteran Friendly”

The bed was so comfortable. That is the only pro I can give this location. The front desk clerk was rude. When I booked, I alerted the facility that I was traveling with my service dog. When I arrived to check in, I was directed to the sign at the front desk that pets were not allowed. If that was clearly stated on the booking site, I would not have stayed there. I stated that she was a service dog, but the clerk didn't know what I was talking about. I was confused as I was greeted at the facility by a dog barking at me from the front balcony. When I tried to alleviate the situation, I was dismissed like I was a 12 year old who didn't wipe their feet when I came in the door. When I got to the room, all the appliances were unplugged, and I needed to chill some perishables. I wasn't going to talk to the front desk again because of how I was treated when I checked in. After 4 hours, I was able to use the refrigerator

“The staff was wonderful. The place was great. The beds were too soft.”

The staff were wonderful and the place was nice and clean, but the bed was very soft.
