The room was large, but the building is old and not very clean, and the staff were unhelpful. To get pool towels you have to ask the front desk for a locker key, then ask where the lockers are, go up one level, find the lockers in the bathrooms, return the key to reception, and then go back to the pool. You don’t have to sign the towel back in – just leave it in the used towel box. I can’t think of a worse system. And none of this information is provided at check‑in.

The staff’s attitude was fantastic, especially the Korean male staff member who went above and beyond with his detailed care and warm service. When I was struggling to arrange transport from Malaysia to Singapore, he personally helped and even made the reservation for me. His thoughtful hospitality made me feel at ease throughout my stay. I’m deeply grateful to him and the entire team for making my visit so comfortable and memorable. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

The only downside was the lack of a restaurant option; otherwise the stay was comfortable.

The room was spacious and the housekeeping came by every day, but the bed was only 0.8 m wide and the outdoor unit of the air‑conditioner was extremely loud.
