The location and the staff were very polite. The cleanliness was poor, with sheets that smelled like cigarette burns and many cockroaches; one even crawled in front of me and I ended up killing three—there are serious pest problems.

The surroundings were excellent, but the noise level was a problem.

I didn't enjoy it because roaches were present, presumably on the second floor, and my mom couldn't climb the stairs due to needing a walker; I believe a discount or refund is warranted.
