The staff were always attentive and eager to help; the area is quiet and offers deals for activities around Medellín, with the tintico and aromatica always included, and the breakfasts are very traditional, giving the option to eat lunch or dinner on site. Everything was fine!

I booked this for foreign relatives of mine. One of them fell at the last step of the staircase when entering the property, got injured, and asked for help, but the night staff had no idea what to do and the property manager didn’t assist; she had to go home for surgery, so the fall was serious, yet no proper attention was given.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast included with the room was superb, they also sell lunch and dinner if you want; the rooms were comfortable, well organized, and clean, 100 % recommended. In fact, nothing bothered us.
