Despite being in front of Tokyo Station, the price was reasonable, the amenities plentiful, the facilities well maintained, the reception staff pleasant, and the rooms clean; the free books and water from the company president, plus the wise sayings on each amenity bag, were especially appreciated. There were no complaints.
