The hotel is close to the Metro, Starbucks, and several Indian restaurants. The morning buffet breakfast was the only downside.

Everything was great—staff, room, location, and price. We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it again this time; keep up the good work. There was nothing to dislike at all, but I should note that in the past the breakfast options were more varied at all Toyoko Inns. Still, it was okay considering it’s included in the room rate (advertised as free). Perhaps cost‑of‑living constraints have entered the scene and led to some cost cutting.

The hotel was relatively clean and had most everyday necessities. The front desk offered cleansing oil and skincare items, and it was a bonus that they were POLA. I’ve stayed at Toyoko Inn Osaka Namba before; Namba is close to Dotonbori and has a lively vibe, which I recommend for those who like that atmosphere. In contrast, Osaka Umeda Higashi is about a 3‑minute walk from Minamimorimachi Station, relatively quiet, so it’s suitable for guests who want a calmer stay.
