My stay at this hotel was a highlight, thanks to its exceptional food and spa facilities. The culinary team did an excellent job of providing delicious meals, and the spa staff were knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. I appreciated the hotel's focus on wellness and relaxation, and I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I was impressed with the spacious and clean room, but the bathroom design fell short of my expectations. The shower area was poorly designed, with water often escaping and making the floor slippery. Additionally, the layout was awkward, with the shower cubicle door not closing properly and jutting into the toilet area. Overall, it didn't feel like a 5-star bathroom experience.

I appreciated the hotel's location and the quality of the breakfast, but I was disappointed with the payment policies. The hotel did not offer credit to customers and required upfront payment for all services, which I found inconvenient. Despite the positives, this aspect detracted from my overall experience.

The staff at this hotel truly made my stay exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting the guest services manager, Kranthi, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top-notch. However, our stay was slightly disrupted by a large film crew camped outside our room for two days. Despite this, the staff's excellent service made up for it.
